  • The sculpture was a collaboration between sculptors Sioban Coppinger and Fiona Peever. It was commissioned by Priscilla Michell in conjunction with the City of Birmingham to commemorate her great great grandfather.
  • The backdrop is the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery with the clock tower of "big Brum".
