Mie kangkung (lit. 'noodle kangkung'), ko suukara noodle leɗɗe Indoneesi e kangkung (epinaaji ndiyam), heewi waɗeede e kosam bakso e ɓuuɓri. Ko ɗum huunde teeŋtunde e ñaamdu Betawi, Jakarta, Indoneesi. Noodles egg yellow ina ardi e suukara tedduɗo, baɗaaɗo e ɓuuɓri ndiwri walla nagge, ndi ɓuuɓnaa e tapioka, ndi ɓuuɓnaa, ndi jillondirta e garlic e kecap manis (soya ɓuuɓɗo). Kosam goɗɗam ina waɗi kosam bakso, ɓuuɓri ñebbe, ɓuuɓri ɓuuɓri, egguuji kullon ladde ɓuuɓɗi e ɓuuɓnude bawang goreng (shallots frits) e ɓeydeede e ɓuuɓri lime kaffir e sambal.[1]
