Rafiq Hajat (14 Septemba 1955 - 13 Septemba 2021[1]) wonnoo moolaaɗo hakkeeji ummatoore malawiyankoore. O jibinaa e Blantyre. O laati mawɗo for Institute for Policy Interaction (IPI) nder Malawi.[2]
