Salum Khalfani Barwany (an haife shi 30 ga Yuni 1959) ɗan siyasan CUF ɗan ƙasar Tanzaniya ne kuma ɗan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Lindi Town.[1] Shi ne dan majalisa na farko dan kasar Tanzaniya mai zabiya da aka zaba a majalisa.[2][1]

He was elected to the National Assembly of Tanzania (Template:Lang-sw) on 2 November 2010 from the district of Lindi Urban in the far south-east, and is the first albino to be elected to the Bunge in the country's history (the first to sit in the legislature was a woman, Al-Shymaa Kway-Geer, who appointed to the Bunge by the President, two years earlier).[2]
